Lauren M. Randall

Lauren Randall is the CEO and Managing Partner of BOYNECLARKE LLP, where she oversees the firm’s operations while continuing to serve clients through her work on the Real Estate and Wills, Trusts, and Incapacity Planning teams.

Her legal practice focuses on residential real estate, wills and estate planning, and condominium law. Lauren guides homebuyers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives and is known for being accessible and responsive, answering clients’ questions directly to help reduce stress throughout the process. She also works with families to ensure their loved ones are taken care of with as little difficulty as possible in challenging circumstances. In her condominium law work, she assists developers through the whole registration process.

Lauren grew up in Dartmouth and has been connected to BOYNECLARKE since childhood, when her father, former Managing Partner Cyril Randall, began his career with the firm. After completing her undergraduate degree at Mount Allison University and studying law at the University of New Brunswick, she returned to BOYNECLARKE to article and remained with the firm as she built her practice. She became a Partner in 2019, joined the Executive Committee in 2022, and began her role as Managing Partner in 2023.

For Lauren, the best part of her work is seeing the firm grow and supporting the people who make that possible. “BOYNECLARKE is a part of who I am,” she says.

Outside of work, she spends most of her time with family and volunteers with the Nova Scotia She Devils, coaching her daughter and other young girls. Rumour has it she is also an excellent bowler.
