Everyone on our team brings a personal commitment to giving back. We support their efforts with paid volunteer time because people build strong communities.
Most of our community initiatives start with our own people. They organize fundraisers, sponsor families during the holidays, and rally around causes that matter. This isn’t top-down corporate charity. It’s genuine support from people who care.
Our Programs
Summer Student Program: Each summer, we pair law students with local organizations that need legal support. Students gain experience while providing pro bono help to charities and non-profits across Atlantic Canada.
Volunteer Time Program: We offer paid time off so our team can volunteer with organizations they care about. Our people make a difference during the workday because we believe in supporting the places where we live and work.
Monthly Community Giving Calendar: Each month, our team chooses a different charity to support. These are personal choices made by the people who work here, supporting causes that matter to them.
