Peter D. Crowther

With over 25 years of experience, Peter is a highly accomplished and capable senior member of the Family Law Team. He works diligently with collaborative family law and is trained and skilled in resolving matters amicably out of the courtroom through alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Throughout his legal career, Peter has observed how the emotional toil of divorce or other family law matters can fatigue and depress even the strongest of individuals. He understands the physical and psychological effect a family law matter can have on an individual, particularly the stress that presents itself when taking your case to court.

Provided with the proper tools and practical guidance, Peter has found that most situations are resolvable with a fair outcome for both parties. He encourages his clients to take a step back and look at the big picture when deciding how to approach their situation.

With his experience and thorough knowledge of Family Law, Peter keeps an objective focus on the important issues to try and get the client the resolution they were looking for.
